Physiomics PLC - Oxfordshire, England-based mathematical modelling for the development of new therapeutics and personalised medicines - Chief Executive Peter Sargent intends to step down on May 29 this year "to pursue other opportunities". Physiomics says the search for a replacement CEO is underway. Notes that Non-Executive Chair Jim Millen will resume the position of executive chair when Sargent departs, for "as long as required to ensure business continuity in the event a suitable replacement has not been found by that date."
