Prospex Energy PLC - investor in onshore and shallow offshore European gas and power projects - Says Po Valley Energy Ltd has secured ownership of the land for its Podere Maiar well site in the Selva gas field in Italy. Prospex holds a 37% interest in the Podere Maiar licence, while Po Valley holds the remaining 63%. Prospex says all materials related to the 1km gas pipeline have arrived on site, including the 4-inch steel pipe that will be used for construction of the pipeline connecting Podere Maiar to the national gas grid. Expenditure relating to land titles and pipeline remain within budget. Podere Maiar, which is in north east Italy, is expected to deliver first gas in the second quarter of 2023. Read More

Says TESI will install a four-inch pipeline connecting Podere Maiar to Italy's gas grid. Prospex Energy says the contract "secures development costs and timing at the Podere Maiar field, with construction costs EUR130,000 less than previously forecast". Prospex Energy PLC - exploration investment company with core investments in Spain and Italy - Begins the first of two projects at El Romeral power plant in southern Spain to diversify its solar generation. The installation of solar panels on the roof of the plant is expected to complete by the end of July. This, it adds, will increase sales of electricity from the plant and give it a total installed peak capacity of 41.5 kilowatt hours. Prospex holds a 50% working interest in El Romeral through its interest in Tarba Energia SL. Cost of installation is EUR50,000 and has been financed from funds from Tarba. Read More
