Pearson PLC - The London-based education publisher - Appoints the chief financial officer of real estate company Rightmove PLC, Alison Dolan, to board as independent non-executive director, starting June 1. "She brings to the board extensive commercial and operational finance experience, specifically in digital businesses," Pearson says.
