IN BRIEF: Panther sells Peterborough warehouse above book value

Panther Securities PLC - Hertfordshire, England-based property investor - Completes the sale of its freehold warehouse on Padholme Road in Peterborough for around GBP3.3 million in cash to a local investor/developer. Says the 50,000 square foot property, which has been vacant since June 2025, was sold for around GBP250,000 above its current book value of GBP3.0 million. Notes the warehouse had previously been let at an annual rent of GBP345,000 and that it received a GBP500,000 premium in May 2024 to amend the lease by adding a rolling six-month break clause, which the tenant subsequently exercised.
