Primary Health Properties PLC - London-based healthcare facilities investor - Acquires the Chiswick Medical Centre in London for a total of GBP34.5 million. Says the property is fully let to London-based healthcare provider HCA International Ltd with an unexpired term of just under 20 years and benefits from five-yearly annually compounded retail price index led rent reviews.
