Pebble Group PLC - Manchester, England-based technology and services provider - Profit in the six months to June 30 rises as demand from underlying customers grows. Pretax profit grows 47% to GBP2.8 million from GBP1.9 million a year prior. Revenue climbs 29% to GBP60.3 million from GBP46.8 million. Apart from growing customer demand, company says profit growth was also "achieved through increases in our management fees from additional partner numbers, implementation of a new tiered pricing structure and growth in our marketing fund where we benefited from partners increasingly utilising our preferred suppliers."
