Palace Capital PLC - London-based property investment company - Announces it will be pay a quarterly dividend of 3.75 pence per ordinary share for the three months ending in June. The dividend will be paid as a property income distribution. The dividend will be paid on October 14. Also reports that apartment sales at Hudson Quarter in York continue.
