PayPoint PLC - Hertfordshire, England-based payment services provider - Says Finance Director & Executive Director Alan Dale plans to step down during 2023. Dale joined PayPoint in 2017 as head of UK Finance and was promoted to finance director and to the board in 2020. The board will now begin a search to find a new finance director; Dale has agreed to remain in the position until his successor is found, and a handover period has been completed. Also, to ensure a smooth transition, Dale will continue to be employed by PayPoint until December 31, 2023. Read More
