Panthera Resources PLC - London-based gold exploration and development company with assets in Africa and India - Issues 247,830 shares at 12 pence each to its joint venture partner in the Kalaka project. The issues is in lieu of USD40,000 in option fees payable to the joint venture partner. Company also issues 609,375 shares following the exercise of the same number of options at AUD0.05 for gross proceeds of AUD30,469, around GBP17,500.
