Origin Enterprises PLC - Dublin-based agronomy services firm - Acquires specialist ecology businesses Brooks Ecological Ltd and GE Consulting Services Ltd. Brooks is a Leeds, England-based provider of environmental consultancy services, supporting clients on planning, development and conservation projects, whilst GE consulting is an Exeter-based provider of ecological and arboricultural consulting services and practical land management solutions for clients including housing developers and government agencies. Origin Enterprises says the acquisitions "further complement the group's existing Environmental solutions and are aligned with the group's strategy to strengthen its presence in this sector as part of the Living Landscapes division."
