Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - investment trust - Says Oakley Capital Fund IV reached an agreement to sell its stake in Contabo, a cloud hosting platform. Oakley's share of the proceeds will be around GBP59 million. This represents a more than 100% premium to its carrying value at March 31, and a 17 pence per share uplift to the company's net asset value.
