Mountview Estates PLC - London-headquartered property manager - Sees shareholder rebellion at annual general meeting. Resolutions 12 and 13, to re-elect Non-Executive Director Mhairi Archibald and Non-Executive Chair Tony Powell, were not approved by majority of independent shareholders, with 75% and 79% of votes cast at AGM against the resolutions respectively.
