Marlowe PLC - London-based provider of software and services for safety and regulatory compliance - Confirms in response to recent press speculation that it is in talks with Glasgow-based engineering, security, cleaning and hygiene services provider Mitie Group PLC regarding a possible offer for the takeover of Marlowe's entire share capital. Shareholders are advised to take no action at this time.
