Capita PLC - London-based outsourcing and professional services company - Announces that the outgoing chief financial officer of Oxford, England-based components company Essentra PLC, Jack Clarke, has joined its board on Wednesday as non-executive director. Clarke will step down as Essentra CFO in March, Capita says. From 2014 until 2021, Clarke served as CFO of Yorkshire, England-based landscaping products maker Marshall's PLC. Read More
