Melrose Industries PLC - Birmingham, England-based aerospace firm - Chief Financial Officer Matthew Gregory buys 16,670 shares at 596 pence, worth GBP99,353, on Monday. The purchase is Gregory's only holding. He became CFO of Melrose this month, after Geoffrey Martin stepped down as finance director. Gregory had been CFO of GKN Aerospace, which became Melrose's sole business following the spin-off of its other engineering businesses as Dowlais Group PLC in April last year. Read More
