Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based investor in sustainable listed growth companies - Amends the investment management fee arrangements with Franklin Templeton Investment Trust Management Ltd. From July 1, the fee will be amended to 0.45% of net asset value per year from 0.5% per year for the first GBP300 million of the company's NAV and 0.35% for the company's net assets in excess of GBP300 million.
