Mondi PLC - Weybridge, England-based packaging firm - Launches a five-year EUR550 million eurobond. Eurobond matures in May 2031, with a coupon of 3.375%. Says it plans to use proceeds for refinancing of existing indebtedness, including the concurrent tender offer on its EUR600 million 1.625%. The new issue is due to close on October 23. "We are pleased to have successfully launched a EUR550 million eurobond today, which was supported by a wide range of European investors," Mondi Chief financial Officer Mike Powell says. Read More
