Mila Resources PLC - London-based post-discovery gold exploration firm - Exercises option with EMX Royalty Corp to acquire 100% interest in exploration licenses at the Yarrol, Mount Steadman and Mount Weary projects. To pay GBP110,000 in new shares to exercise the option, with shares subject to a 12-month lock-up.
