Milton Capital PLC - cash shell looking for targets in field of technology - Says GBP455,000 of existing shares purchased at 1.25 pence by a range of new investors. Says the 36.4 million shares were purchased from existing investors. Among the sellers is Executive Director Malcolm Burne who offloaded 12.0 million. Two of the buyers, Edward Dawson and Richard Mays, will with immediate effect join the board as executive director and non-executive director, respectively. They have each agreed to buy 4.0 million shares. Executive Director Eran Zucker steps down from board with immediate effect.
