Learning Technologies Group PLC - London-based technology and services provider for digital learning and talent management - Posts lower pretax profit in its financial year ended December 31. Pretax profit at GBP9.3 million versus GBP13.5 million in 2020. However, revenue gets boost from an acquisition. In October 2021, Learning acquired services provider GP Strategies Corp for GBP284 million.
