Life Settlement Assets PLC - London-based investment trust focused on the United States - Posts higher annual net asset value. It rises by 9.0% to USD2.19 per share at the end of 2021, from USD2.01 the year before. Year-end net asset value climbs by 9.1% to USD109.3 million from USD100.2 million. The trust swings to a pretax profit of USD14.5 million from a loss of USD6.8 million in 2020. The company has no stated dividend target, it explains.
