Lords Group Trading PLC - distributor of building materials in the UK - Names Stuart Kilpatrick as its new chief financial officer, and as a director of the company, effective June 4. Follows the announcement that Chris Day, Lords Group's current CFO and chief operating officer, will step down on May 17. Lords adds: " In the short interim period between Chris' departure and Stuart's arrival, the group is well supported by its strong, well-established finance team who will ensure a smooth transition for the business."
