Lendinvest PLC - London-based non-bank mortgage lender - Completes the sale of its non-risk retention interest in the Mortimer BTL 2021-1 PLC securitisation for GBP8.6 million cash to Citigroup Inc. Deal results in a reduction in gross loans and advances of GBP236 million and generates a net pretax profit of GBP10.8 million for the year to March 31, 2024 recognised through the profit & loss, or P&L. Continues to pursue further sales of financial assets which are expected to offset (or partially offset) the effect of above sale in P&L terms. LendInvest PLC - London-based non-bank mortgage lender - Says subsidiary LendInvest BTL Ltd has completed the sale of its residual economic interest in the Mortimer BTL 2022-1 PLC securitisation for GBP5.8 million in cash. Lendlnvest says the transaction will generate a net pretax gain of GBP3.3 million for financial 2023, which will largely be recognised in the first half. Says the difference between the net gain and cash consideration is driven by the gross profit lost in the second half of the financial year. Read More
LendInvest PLC - London-based non-bank mortgage lender - Nearly triples its pretax profit in the year ended March 31. Figure rises to GBP14.2 million from GBP4.9 million the previous year. Revenue jumps 21% to GBP87.8 million from GBP72.4 million. Chief Executive Road Lockhart calls it a "landmark year" for the company, delivering its most profitable set of results to date. Notes strong demand for its buy-to-let products, driving an increase in the total platform's assets under management which grew 36% to GBP2.15 billion from GBP1.57 billion the previous year. LendInvest PLC - London-based non-bank mortgage lender - Says it has completed its fourth securitisation of prime buy-to-let mortgages in an oversubscribed residential mortgage-backed securities transaction. The securitisation, which comprised GBP270 million of UK prime BTL mortgage loans, received an Aaa(sf) and AAA(sf) rating for 87% of the pool from global credit rating agencies Moody's and S&P Global Ratings respectively.
