KR1 PLC - Isle of Man-based investor focused on the blockchain industry - Agrees with Reflexivity Research Ltd, an analyst covering developments across the digital asset ecosystem, to extend services agreement entered in 2021. The agreement will continue until KR1 or Reflexivity terminates it, giving not less than 12 months' notice not to be served earlier than the eighth anniversary of the agreement's commencement. It previously specified six months' notice no earlier than the seventh anniversary.
