Knights Group Holdings PLC - Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire-based legal and professional services firm - Says first half performance has been in line with its expectations and expects to report revenue of GBP75.3 million for the half year ended October 31, up 5.8% from GBP71.2 million a year prior. Anticipates underlying pretax profit of around GBP11.5 million, up 28% from GBP9.0 million the year before.
