Kavango Resources PLC - London-based, South Africa-focused metals explorer and gold producer - Finds 8.09 grammes of gold per tonne over 8.05 metres at Bill's Luck gold mine on the Hillside project in Zimbabwe. Chief Executive Officer Ben Turney says: "Surface diamond drilling at Bill's Luck continues to exceed our expectations. We've now confirmed that the main Bill's Luck ore body continues to at least 160m vertical depth, with multiple high-grade gold intersections throughout the latest two exploration holes. We are particularly encouraged by the 8.05 metres intersection at 158.62 metres depth that carries 8.09 grammes of gold per tonne. Kavango is now preparing to continue shaft sinking at Bill's Luck to extend current mining operations from 3-level to 4-level. We look forward to proving further updates on our plans to increase gold production here in the near future." Read More

Kavango Resources PLC - London-headquartered metal exploration company - Updates on phase 1 stratigraphic drill campaign at the Karakubis Copper Project in Botswana's Kalahari Copper Belt. Analysis of intersections from five holes shows the same stratigraphic sequences at Karakubis as those likely present at Sandfire Resources' Motheo Mine and similar to MMG's Zone 5 Deposit, two of the largest copper deposits in Kalahari. All five holes demonstrate evidence of being functioning structural "trap-sites" and of substantial hydrothermal alteration, findings which show the ground at Karakubis will likely yield large-scale copper-silver deposits. Drilling at all five holes also confirmed the presence of copper, silver, lead and zinc mineralisation. As a result of the findings, the company is conducting further geophysical surveying to determine a target list for future drills. The surveys will be completed alongside the remainder of Kavango's 5,000-metre diamond programme. Read More
