Johnson Matthey PLC - London-based speciality chemicals maker - Names Andrew Cosslett as its next chair, replacing Patrick Thomas, who will leave the board at the end of the company's annual general meeting on Thursday. Cosslett currently is chair of television broadcaster and content maker ITV PLC and previously was chair of home improvement products retailer Kingfisher PLC. As an executive, he was chief executive officer of InterContinental Hotels Group PLC.
