JPMorgan Global Growth & Income PLC - Investment firm with majority of holdings in US-listed firms - Intends to delist from the New Zealand Stock Exchange with effect from June 23. Notes shareholders in New Zealand now represent only 1.3% of total shares in issue, and trading on the NZX has also been decreasing in recent years.
