Image Scan Holdings PLC - Leicestershire, England-based X-ray imaging systems provider - Announces retirement of Executive Chair Bill Mawer and promotion of four board members to top positions. Outgoing Chair Mawer leaves Image Scan on June 30. As part of changes made to board roles, non-Executive Director Tim Jackson becomes non-executive chair on July 1. Three other appointments take effect the same day. Interim Chief Executive Officer Vincent Deery is promoted to permanent CEO.
