Hiscox Ltd - Hamilton, Bermuda-based insurer - Enters agreement to sell DirectAsia, its business operations in Singapore and Thailand, to Ignite Thailand Holdings Ltd. Expects the transaction to complete by the end of 2023. Ignite Thailand is the parent of Thai online insurance broker Roojai.
