Hargreaves Services PLC - Durham, England-based provider of services for environmental, infrastructure and property sectors - Calls general meeting for April 29 to approve an increased tender offer for its shares. With its interim results in January, Hargreaves Services set out plans for a GBP15 million tender offer to return capital to shareholders. On Friday, Hargreaves Services raises this to GBP20 million. It sets the tender offer price at 850 pence per share, which it notes is a 27% premium to the stock's market price on January 27, the day before it first announced the tender offer. The offer represents 7.1% of Hargreaves Services total equity, and each shareholder may tender up to 7.1% of their own holding. Hargreaves Services has a market capitalisation of GBP251.60 million.
