Gym Group PLC - Croydon, London-based gym chain - Blantyre Special Situations Fund I sells a 5.6% stake in Gym Group in a placing run by Rothschild & Co Redburn on Thursday. Blantyre sells 10.0 million shares at 140 pence apiece, worth GBP14.0 million, to "institutional investors and family offices". Redburn says Blantyre retains a "significant shareholding" in Gym Group that it has agreed to not sell for the next six months, though it to doesn't provide the exact amount.
