VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities PLC - invests in sustainable energy infrastructure - Completes acquisition of equity interests in three fully-permitted solar photovoltaic sites in Australia for GBP21.2 million. The acquisition is part of an existing GBP50 million commitment to Australian solar PV and storage investment programme. Acquisition first announced upon signing of purchase agreement on September 12. Each PV site is 5 megawatts, located in New South Wales. Says all solar PV generation assets are expected to combine merchant sales and long-term corporate power purchase agreement revenue. Completion is expected in the second quarter next year. Read More
