GreenX Metals Ltd - developing Arctic Rift copper project in Greenland - Says arbitration hearings for claims against Poland now completed. Claims held against Poland under both the Energy Charter Treaty and the Australia-Poland Bilateral Investment Treaty. Damages of up to GBP737 million are claimed, including assessed value of GreenX's lost profit and damages related to Jan Karski and Debiensko projects.
