Greencoat Renewables PLC - Dublin-based investor in euro-denominated renewable energy infrastructure assets - Raises gross proceeds of EUR281.5 million in an oversubscribed placing. Says 251.4 million shares will be issued at the placing price of EUR1.12 per placing share. Notes that the placing shares will increase its total issued share capital to 1.14 billion. Says the net proceeds will provide it with the flexibility to execute on assets under exclusivity and enable it to meet its obligations under committed forward sale investments.
