Great Portland Estates PLC - London-based commercial property developer - Hires three new executives as part of an effort to grow its Flex portfolio of flexible workspaces to 1 million square feet from half a million now. Felicity Roocke and Trevor Phyo both join Great Portland Estates from Fora, part of flexible office provider Office Group. Roocke was head of Design at Fora and will be head of Design & Delivery for Workspaces at GPE. Phyo was head of Development at Fora and will be senior development manager at GPE.
