Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham, England-based renewable electricity supplier and energy services provider - Deadline for takeover offer from Esyasoft Holding Ltd extended to February 17. Esyasoft is required to say it has a firm attention to make an offer or that it does not intend to make an offer by this date. The deadline has been extended from January 20, to allow more time for Esyasoft to progress its due diligence exercise.
