Greencore Group PLC - Dublin-based producer of convenience foods - Increases current share buyback programme by GBP10 million to GBP40 million. Says the buyback is part of the GBP50 million plan it announced back in May and to be completed by May 2025. The initial GBP30 million buyback programme has been largely completed, Greencore says, meaning buybacks has totalled GBP80 million since May 2022. It also intends to declare a cash dividend for the financial year ending next month. Read More
