Guild Esports PLC - London-based media company that fields professional players for video gaming competitions and is backed by footballer David Beckham - Confirms that California-based investment management company DCB Sports LLC has bought all of Guild's assets for GBP100,000 and assumed the company's whole GBP2 million in liabilities.
