Gamma Communications PLC - Berkshire, England-based provider of communication services - Expands contact centre and customer experience expertise and capabilities with the acquisition of BrightCloud Group Ltd. Says BrightCloud is "renowned for its expertise in CX transformation". Acquires the company for an initial cash payment of GBP9.0 million, with a further payment of up to GBP4.0 million due dependent on revenue targets between closing and December 31, 2025.
