GCP Asset Backed Income Fund Ltd - investor in UK-based asset backed loans that is currently in a managed wind-down - Completes compulsory redemption of shares on Friday. Redeems 50.4 million shares, 19% of its total, at 89.34 pence each, worth GBP45.0 million. GCP Asset Backed Income Fund now has 215.6 million shares in issue.
