Foresight Group Holdings Ltd - London-based sustainability-focused infrastructure and private equity investment manager - Executive Chair & Co-Founder Bernard Fairman and an associate of Chief Financial Officer Gary Fraser buy 486,936 shares in total at 400 pence, worth GBP1.9 million, on Wednesday. Fairman buys 400,301 shares, while Susan Fraser buys 86,635. The concert party, which also includes Chief Investment Officer David Hughes, now has a 35.1% total holding.
