Fintel PLC - Huddersfield, England-based technology and support provider for the retail financial services sector - Invests into financial technology company Plannr Technologies Ltd. Says it will take an initial 25% equity stake in the business, as well as provide financial support through a short term loan. Says investment is through Fintel Labs venture. Says Fintel's financial information, ratings and Defaqto business will integrate Plannr's customer relationship management system.
