everplay group PLC - Wakefield, England-based app and video game company - Non-Executive Director Debbie Bestwick sells 3.2 million shares at GBP3.70, worth GBP12.0 million, on Friday. everplay notes Bestwick's beneficial interest of around 16% in the company, 23.4 million shares, following the disposal.
