EnQuest PLC - London-based oil and gas company with operations in the UK North Sea and Malaysia - Proposes the issue of 9% fixed rate notes due October 27, 2027. They will be payable semi-annually in arrears in two equal instalments of GBP0.045 per GBP1 on April 27 and October 27 in each year.
