Eden Research PLC - Oxfordshire, England-based company focused on sustainable biopesticides and plastic-free formulation technology - Says that 129.2 million ordinary shares will be issued via a conditional placing, raising GBP8.4 million before expenses. This includes subscriptions for 7.7 million ordinary shares, more than the minimum announced at the time of the initial announcement, raising a further GBP500,000. Subsequently, a total of GBP9.9 million has been raised pursuant to the firm capital raising, the retail offer and the conditional placing.
