Diaceutics PLC - Belfast-based provider of technology and solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry - Delia Keeling, spouse of Chair Peter Keeling sells 500,000 shares at 126 pence, worth GBP630,000, on Tuesday last week. The Keelings now have 15.3 million shares, an 18% stake, down from 18.6%. Diaceutics earlier Tuesday had released its 2024 results. Its pretax loss narrowed to GBP1.9 million from GBP2.4 million in 2023, as revenue rose 36% to GBP32.2 million from GBP23.7 million. Read More
