Drax Group PLC - Selby, England-based electricity generator - Starts fourth tranche of share buyback programme worth GBP75 million, following the conclusion of the third tranche on Friday. The total share buyback programme, announced last July, is worth GBP300 million. So far, Drax has bought GBP225 million worth of shares in the first three tranches. Says the purpose of the fourth and final tranche is to reduce share capital. The shares will be held in treasury pending cancellation or re-issue. Read More
