DP Poland PLC - operator of 124 Domino's Pizza stores and restaurants in Poland and Croatia - Exercises its option for a 10-year renewal of the master franchise agreement it first signed with the US's Domino's Pizza Inc in 2010. The new agreement with Domino's Pizza International Franchising Inc will run until August 31, 2035 and has a 10-year renewal option through to 2045. The master franchise gives DP Poland exclusive rights to develop and operate the Domino's Pizza brand in Poland. Read More
DP Poland PLC - operator of 124 Domino's Pizza delivery store and sit-down restaurants in Poland and Croatia - Total system sales in Poland are PLN69.6 million, about GBP14.2 million, in the third quarter of 2025, up 9.2% on a year before. On a like-for-like basis, sales are up 1.1%, with delivery sales up 4.7% but non-delivery sales down 7.4%. In first nine months of the year, total system sales at PLN206.1 million, up 6.3%. They are up 0.7% on a like-for-like basis. After a slow start to 2025, sales strengthened from May onwards, the company says. Read More

It is the fourth-largest pizza brand in Poland, with 90 stores and 76 franchisees. The acquisition is for PLN42.3 million, around GBP8.5 million. The seller of Pizzeria 105, Marcin Ciesielski, agrees to re-invest one third of the sum via its family office, MC Family Fundacja Rodzinna, equating to around GBP2.7 million, subscribing for 23.6 million new shares of DP Poland at a price of 11.4 pence per share, a premium to their current price in London.
