Pollen Street Group Ltd - London-based asset manager - Announces the proposed appointment of Lynn Fordham as chair, as well as James Gillies as a non-executive director. Fordham will succeed Robert Sharpe, who is stepping down after a nine-year tenure. Fordham is currently chair of NewRiver REIT PLC, as well as a non-executive director at NCC Group PLC and Caledonia Investments PLC.
